on an iphone ios 7.1.2, just did an app update via itunes, now the app won't open. if I delete the app and reinstall will it wipe out all of my passwords I have saved?
If you would have asked me 2 weeks ago if i liked this app i would have said i love it. Now, i hate it! All my locked notes have been changed to some unreadable language. Some of that information i don’t have written anywhere else! Can someone help?!?!
Since updating my iPhone 5s to iOS 10.3 the app became buggy. When the app is opened there is no keyboard just four blank spaces for the password code. Cannot use the app keyboard without rebooting the iPhone first. Is there a fix for this issue? vandrews63@gmail.com
Same problem- after update . Touch ID does not work. Will not accept correct password either! I am locked out of my passwords. Please correct ASAP, please!!!
Updated version....now I can't log in. No finger print access and passcode doesn't work for whatever reason. Says wrong password but it's not. I have always had the same password for this app since downloading it. Not going to use this app anymore once restored. Keeping my information the old fashion way with pen and paper. This is ridiculous!
For some reason the developers won't answer anyone. Let's all contact Apple and demand a refund, and damages for the hassle and losing our private info.

The category icons disappear after a new entry is made. This makes changing categories very difficult, I have to restart the program often.
